I finished reading Flawless and it was a good book. It leaves you wondering a lot. I am excited to read the next books, and watching the show. Which are so creepy, especially the last two.
When i finished reading Flawless i started to read 13 Little Blue Envelopes by Maureen Johnson.
After Ginny receives a blue envelope from her aunt, with a thousand dollars and some strange rule's:
Rule #1:
You may bring only what fits in your backpack. Don't try to fake it with a purse or a carry-on.Rule #2:
You may not bring guidebooks, phrase books, or any kind of foreign language aid. And no journals.Rule #3:
You cannot bring extra money or credit/debit cards, traveler's checks, etc. I'll take care of all that.Rule #4:
No electronic crutches. This means no laptop, no cell phone, no music, and no camera. You can't call home or communicate with people in the U.S. by Internet or telephone. Postcards and letters are acceptable and encouraged.
Ginny is forced to travel Europe on her own.
I recently finished this book and it was good. i really enjoyed it.
So what was the aunt trying to say to Ginny by making her follow all those rules? Surely there has to be a point. Maybe the better question is: What does Ginny learn during the course of the novel? Is it what the aunt had in mind?
